Napinto Cave, Quezon Province

We went to Napinto Cave as a side trip before heading to Alibijaban.  It is located in San Narciso in Quezon Province. I’m not sure why they call it a cave since I did not see one. Maybe it has that I’m not aware. This island is very different from where we would usually go. It is uninhabited. We went here for the rock formation primarily which has this arch. We could not even swim here because there are a lot of jelly fish in the area.

Our stay was very short. I was not able to explore but there is something very special visiting an uninhabited island. It felt kinda eerie, like you are part of a movie scene where you got stranded in an island due to a ship wreck.

There are no commercial boat that goes there. We just rented a fisherman’s boat and asked him to take us there. I think it cost us 750 PHP.
